What you will do

• Support day-to-day Bitcoin business operations including trading, settlement, and partnerships.
• Optimize strategic Bitcoin partnerships and manage partner relationships.
• Manage Bitcoin trading and ensure timely settlement.
• Drive financial performance and develop new revenue lines.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to improve processes and resolve issues.
• Analyze data to inform business decisions and operational optimizations.

Requirements

• Must have 8+ years of experience in trading, asset management, treasury, operations, or payments in technology or financial services.
• 3+ years of Bitcoin knowledge or experience is a strong plus.
• Strong understanding of the financial services industry and its evolution.
• Experience scaling businesses and managing trading operations, settlement, and Bitcoin custody.
• Strong analytical skills for reporting and business process improvements.
• Ability to develop new revenue streams and negotiate commercial agreements.
