Location: Hybrid in Central Europe offices (Bratislava, Brno, Prague) or remote from Central and Eastern Europe

What you will do

  • Design and evolve autonomous AI customer engagement programs for onboarding, renewals, support, and upsell.
  • Track and optimize key customer lifecycle metrics to improve retention and satisfaction.
  • Develop usage analytics dashboards and reporting tools to inform go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build a future-ready customer tech stack integrating AI and automation tools.
  • Continuously innovate and experiment with AI capabilities and customer segmentation logic.
  • Embed AI adoption within success teams to enhance proactive, data-driven customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Central or Eastern Europe or work from Central Europe offices
  • Experience leading customer-facing programs or operations in SaaS environments.
  • Proficiency with CRM, workflow automation, generative AI tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Strong data-driven mindset and ability to analyze customer metrics.
  • Excellent change management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Innovative and customer-focused approach to AI-driven engagement.
