What you will do

• Connect business strategy, foresight methods, data, and financial modeling with an innovation culture based on experimentation and hypothesis testing.
• Design and implement processes and tools to integrate foresight and business design into innovation workflows.
• Identify, analyze, and model new business opportunities and trends to support innovative product and service development.
• Collaborate on MVPs and experiments, validate hypotheses with users, define success metrics, and evaluate results.
• Monitor competition, startups, and new business models systematically.
• Create business cases, model revenues, costs, investments, and economic units under various market conditions.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Prague or able to work hybrid from there
• Experience in strategic consulting, business design, foresight, or leading innovation projects.
• Advanced knowledge of financial modeling and business case development.
• Ability to work with large data sets and create predictive models and scenarios.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with ability to structure complex problems.
• English and Czech language proficiency (written and spoken) at an excellent level.

Nice to have

• Experience with foresight tools.
• Familiarity with simulations or predictive modeling.
