What you will do

• Manage, refine, and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.
• Translate high-level product requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate closely with engineering leads to shape solution designs and drive implementation plans.
• Utilize product analytics, telemetry, and customer insights to inform prioritization and measure outcomes.
• Develop a deep understanding of enterprise test management use cases and provide clarity in customer discussions.
• Partner with engineering to plan and coordinate releases, ensuring scope, quality, and readiness expectations are met.

Requirements

• 5+ years in product management roles, ideally with enterprise SaaS or large-scale platform products.
• Strong understanding of software development processes, high-level system architecture, and performance/scalability considerations.
• Ability to convey technical concepts clearly to both engineering and business stakeholders.
• Experience operating in Agile environments, with a track record of bringing structure to complex product spaces.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
