What you will do
- Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, X, Reddit, Quora, Pinterest, and major ad networks (Taboola, Outbrain, AppLovin).
- Enforce compliance frameworks across funnels, landing pages, and ad creatives, auditing rejections and defining rules for scaling.
- Coordinate with creative production teams to optimize ad assets for compliance and maximum conversion.
- Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests across all channels to extract actionable insights.
- Own daily and hourly budget deployment, maximizing ROI through tight monitoring and fast decision-making.
- Expand and adapt campaigns to multiple geographies, leading UA specialists and aligning stakeholders on growth goals.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on experience leading user acquisition, scaling web products in high-scale, multi-channel environments.
- Mastery of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads with deep platform knowledge.
- Hands-on experience with other ad networks (Taboola, Outbrain, AppLovin, etc.).
- Proven record of building and scaling compliance-driven funnels and ad creative frameworks.
- Advanced skills in A/B testing, marketing analytics, and ad automation tools.
- Fluent in English.
