What you will do
- Manage multi-channel ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, X, Reddit, Quora, Pinterest, and other major networks.
- Lead compliance audits and enforce frameworks across funnels, landing pages, and creatives.
- Coordinate with creative teams to optimize ad assets for compliance and conversion.
- Design and analyze A/B tests to extract insights and improve campaign performance.
- Control budgets and automate ad spend to maximize ROI.
- Lead and align user acquisition specialists and stakeholders on growth goals.
Requirements
- Must be located within ±4 hours of CET timezone for optimal collaboration.
- 7+ years of experience leading user acquisition for web products in multi-channel environments.
- Expertise in Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and other ad networks.
- Strong skills in compliance-driven funnel building, creative production, and marketing analytics.
- Fluent in English.
