What you will do
- Manage multi-channel ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and other major networks.
- Lead compliance audits and enforce frameworks for funnels and creatives.
- Coordinate with creative teams to optimize ad assets for conversion and compliance.
- Design and analyze A/B tests to improve campaign performance.
- Control budgets and implement ad spend automation tools.
- Lead and align user acquisition specialists and stakeholders globally.
Requirements
- Must be located within ±4 hours of CET timezone for optimal collaboration.
- 7+ years of experience leading user acquisition for web products in multi-channel environments.
- Fluent English (C2 level).
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta platforms, and other ad networks.
- Strong skills in compliance, A/B testing, marketing analytics, and automation.
