What you will do

  • Manage multi-channel ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and other major networks.
  • Lead compliance audits and enforce frameworks for funnels and creatives.
  • Coordinate with creative teams to optimize ad assets for conversion and compliance.
  • Design and analyze A/B tests to improve campaign performance.
  • Control budgets and implement ad spend automation tools.
  • Lead and align user acquisition specialists and stakeholders globally.

Requirements

  • Must be located within ±4 hours of CET timezone for optimal collaboration.
  • 7+ years of experience leading user acquisition for web products in multi-channel environments.
  • Fluent English (C2 level).
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta platforms, and other ad networks.
  • Strong skills in compliance, A/B testing, marketing analytics, and automation.
