What you will do

• Manage and track game development across internal and external studios for mainline products and digital life-cycle initiatives.
• Support creation, development, and execution of production initiatives and overall project plans.
• Collaborate with business partners, marketing, monetization, and analytics teams to deliver compelling content and features.
• Act as primary contact across multiple departments and external partners to ensure alignment and delivery.
• Coach and develop staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, feedback, and accountability.
• Provide creative and executional direction to improve product quality and drive franchise innovation.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid role based in Santa Monica, California, USA
• 10+ years of experience in gaming production roles, with 3+ years at senior producer level or above.
• Proven track record delivering high-quality projects on time and budget, preferably with FPS or online FPS experience.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to mentor and develop future leaders.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience shipping titles on Xbox, PlayStation, and PC platforms.
• Knowledge of monetization, e-sports, and industry trends.
