What you will do

• Assist in organizing Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
• Build and manage development schedules and plans from kickoff through delivery.
• Align the team’s work with studio priorities and project goals.
• Drive predictable, on-time execution of team deliverables at high quality.
• Maintain project documentation, track risks and issues, and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Organize and facilitate cross-functional meetings and collaborate with LiveOps producers for release management.

Requirements

• Location: Based in or able to work in Bellevue, Washington, United States
• 0-2 years experience in video game development or internships.
• Familiarity with live operations, release pipelines, and project management tools like JIRA and Confluence preferred.
• Excellent organizational, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• English: B2 level or higher required
