Salary: $137,000–$202,000 USD (for candidates in CA, CO, NJ, NY, and WA)

What you will do

• Lead narrative development and team growth in collaboration with the Executive Producer and Creative Director.
• Drive narrative production, including story, creative bibles, VO, cutscenes, quests, and other storytelling pieces.
• Serve as the primary production contact and build strong relationships with IP partners.
• Collaborate with the Narrative Director and team members to deliver the game’s narrative conceit, arc, pillars, characters, dialogue, and quests.
• Work closely with external development partners to implement the narrative vision and designs.
• Manage and optimize the IP review process and enhance narrative production processes for optimal efficiency.

Requirements

• 8+ years of production experience in the video game industry, with a focus on AAA game development.
• Proven experience in the development and successful shipping of AAA narrative RPG titles, demonstrating the ability to manage large-scale projects.
• Comprehensive experience producing narrative content end-to-end, encompassing story development, quest design, cinematics, VO performance, and animation.
• Deep understanding of agile project management and software development methodologies.
• Experience working with both internal and external development teams; distributed development experience is essential.
• English: B2 required.
• Expectation of international travel on a quarterly basis.
