Salary: $143,000 - $218,500 annually

What you will do

• Lead and grow the technical production team in collaboration with Executive Producer and Technical Director.
• Coordinate with leadership and cross-functional teams to align engineering initiatives with project goals.
• Manage workflows and pipelines ensuring engineering standards and quality.
• Oversee external technical development and manage outsource/co-development resources.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks to enable frequent integration and incremental delivery.
• Coach and mentor teams to foster continuous learning and high performance.

Requirements

• Must have at least 8+ years of experience as a Producer in game development with proven leadership of successful projects.
• Experience with UE4/UE5 and AAA title development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
• Deep understanding of technical pipelines, test-driven development, continuous integration, and DevOps.
• Must be located in Boston or eligible US states for remote work.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in a coding language.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence tools.
