What you will do

• Make daily outbound calls and follow-ups to customers.
• Assist new and current players to remove blockers and enhance product enjoyment.
• Promote the site, products, campaigns, and entertainment offerings.
• Collaborate with team leaders to understand and meet sales targets.
• Coordinate with Payments, Risk, VIP, and Customer Support departments.

Requirements

• Fluent English.
• Passion for customer service and direct communication with customers.
• Comfortable initiating conversations and promoting products confidently.
• Understanding of the Casino and/or sports betting industry.
• Target-oriented and driven to achieve goals.
