What you will do

• Grow and optimize existing affiliate collaborations, establishing successful and long-term partnerships.
• Identify and actively recruit new affiliate partners.
• Account manage new affiliate partnerships, from commercial negotiations through to technical integrations and optimizations.
• Closely monitor affiliate activity and performance, including carrying out fraud checks.
• Ensure affiliate compliance with company policies and brand guidelines across all online channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in Digital Marketing; direct experience with affiliate marketing or account management is desirable.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Dynamic, proactive, and ambitious mindset.
• Solution-focused with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• A second language (Spanish/Italian/German/French/Portuguese) is a plus.
