What you will do

• Serve as a technical subject matter expert on Workday capabilities and best practices.
• Partner with functional and engineering teams to design cohesive Workday solutions considering cross-functional impacts.
• Provide technical guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle ensuring durable solutions and high data quality.
• Ensure technology meets transactional, reporting, and analytical business needs, collaborating with data engineering teams.
• Conduct system audits and performance tuning for optimal system reliability.
• Stay current with Workday releases and evaluate new features for adoption.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Mountain View, California
• 7+ years of experience implementing and supporting Workday applications.
• Experience as a technical lead on multiple full lifecycle Workday implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Workday HCM modules and Workday Extend platform technologies including Java, XML, SOAP, REST, Javascript, and Python.
• Workday certifications preferred.
