Salary: $112,000–$224,400 per year

What you will do

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to configure and implement end-to-end Workday HR solutions aligned with organizational goals.
  • Drive process improvements and sustainable solutions within current organizational structures and tools.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and enhancement in customer HR processes.
  • Ensure data integrity, user adoption, and successful deployment of Workday modules including Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Security, and Reporting.
  • Configure and support cyclical programs such as Merit and Corporate Incentive Program.
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable system requirements and solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of global Workday implementation experience with expertise in Core HCM, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Security, and Reporting/Analytics modules.
  • Hands-on experience configuring and launching Merit and Corporate Incentive Programs.
  • Proficiency in building advanced custom reports, calculated fields, and using EIBs within Workday.
  • Strong consultative skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Effective communication skills to translate requirements into solutions and provide end-user training.
  • Work arrangement: Hybrid with onsite presence expected minimum 3 days per week in locations including Durham, United States.
