What you will do

• Build HR analytics dashboards, alert systems, and structured reporting processes.
• Design and maintain processes for collecting, cleaning, and organizing HR data.
• Analyze hiring funnels, team structures, and employee engagement metrics to support HR decisions.
• Collaborate with recruiters and HR partners to track key metrics and surface actionable insights.
• Develop monitoring tools for Support team performance including speed, quality, and workload distribution.
• Provide full-cycle analytical support from metrics definition to strategic recommendations.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as a data analyst.
• Strong SQL and Python skills, including applications beyond traditional analysis.
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Superset.
• Solid grounding in statistics and data interpretation.
• Structured mindset with a love for organization and clean systems.
• Familiarity with ETL concepts is a plus; experience with GitLab and Airflow is advantageous.
