What you will do

• Develop comprehensive proposals aligning client expectations with company expertise.
• Serve as main client contact, clarifying needs and providing expert recommendations.
• Attend client calls and provide technical notes to internal teams for smooth execution.
• Collaborate with business development and leadership to finalize bids and manage RFPs.
• Own project transitions from pre-production to production ensuring seamless handoff.
• Maintain a steady pipeline of projects and enhance tailored service sales.

Requirements

• 3–5 years experience in outsource development or lead art roles in the video game industry.
• Proven ability to direct and deliver outsourced art across various styles and platforms.
• Strong understanding of game art pipelines and clear communication of visual requirements.
• Experience with project tracking tools like Jira and Trello.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
• Willingness to work partially within PST–EST time zones.
