What you will do

• Build and ship AI and automation workflows to improve funnel speed and operational efficiency.
• Prototype internal tools using Retool, Make, Zapier, N8N, Bubble, Vercel, or simple Python/JavaScript scripts without engineering support.
• Automate repetitive tasks across paid marketing, contributor onboarding, lifecycle, and operational reporting.
• Connect APIs and assemble LLM-driven or no-code workflows to replace manual operational steps.
• Document prototypes for adoption by growth and GTM teams.
• Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and data partners to test and validate growth ideas.

Requirements

• Experience building real automation projects or internal tools with links or descriptions.
• Ability to work with APIs, structured/unstructured data, and basic scripting in Python or JavaScript.
• Data analytics skills using SQL or Python.
• Strong bias toward shipping quickly, iterating often, and learning new tools independently.
• Location: Must be onsite in San Francisco, CA or New York, NY.
• English: Proficient (B2) required.

Nice to have

• 1-3 years experience in growth, marketing, operations, or technical internships.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Segment, Amplitude, or Snowflake.
• Experience building GPT workflows or automations in past roles or projects.
• Comfort reasoning about funnels, acquisition, and experimental design.
