What you will do

• Coordinate and manage end-to-end planning, timelines, and resources across AI and Azure infrastructure teams.
• Collaborate with product teams, engineers, and researchers to identify gaps and drive project timelines.
• Use data analytics to track progress and improve quality and efficiency programs.
• Communicate program status and strategies to executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Drive risk identification and mitigation to ensure timely delivery of key Azure projects.
• Advance responsible AI development aligned with Microsoft’s culture and values.

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in Mountain View or within commuting distance (50 miles) with hybrid work expectations.
• English: Proficient English required (B2 or higher).
• 6+ years of experience in technical program management, cloud infrastructure, AI/ML, or product development.
• Experience managing cross-functional and cross-team projects.
• STEM bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
