What you will do

• Lead AI security programs across desktop, web, and mobile client surfaces, aligning with partner teams and hirify.global’s security ecosystem.
• Drive development of prompt injection defenses, intent-based detection, and security control frameworks.
• Partner with engineering, research, and product teams to define initiatives, success metrics, and phased delivery plans.
• Implement defense-in-depth strategies including cross-prompt isolation and adaptive threat detection.
• Ensure data privacy, compliance, and regulatory adherence for AI telemetry and signals.
• Manage program execution, stakeholder communication, and global team coordination.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years experience in engineering, product or technical program management, or equivalent.
• 3+ years managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Experience with AI security, prompt injection defenses, adversarial ML, and secure software development preferred.
• Proven ability to drive large-scale feature launches and program strategy.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with global teams.
• Familiarity with AI security frameworks (NIST COSAIS, CSA AI Controls Matrix) and compliance (GDPR).

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global’s security ecosystem or similar large-scale AI platforms.
• Knowledge of risk-based authentication, secure API design, and data loss prevention technologies.
• Experience in incident response, red teaming, and threat modeling for AI/ML systems.
