What you will do

• Provide N2 support for applications to N0 and N1 teams.
• Assist users in resolving technical and functional issues.
• Update application components for version changes, incidents, or new functionalities.
• Support production during extended hours including on-call duty during American market hours and holidays.
• Participate in meetings with business, suppliers, and other agents.
• Manage product ticketing for incidents and support.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid position based in Malaga, Spain
• English: Fluent (C2) required
• 5+ years experience with ORC and Tbricks products at support and administration levels.
• General knowledge of electronic trading instruments and markets.
• General programming knowledge in Java, Python, and ShellScript.
• Strong communication and problem understanding skills.
