IT Systems Engineer

TL;DR

IT Systems Engineer: Manage and support IT infrastructure including 300+ Apple and Windows devices, provide IT support, monitor security, and improve onboarding/offboarding processes with automation. Focus on device management, security compliance, and automation using Golang/Python and Terraform.

Location: Fully Remote with multiple locations including Cyprus, Poland, Armenia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Serbia, Spain

What you will do

• Manage and support 300+ Apple and Windows devices.
• Provide IT support to employees and contractors.
• Monitor and address security breaches and compliance.
• Develop automation for onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Manage internal accesses and IT procurement/inventory.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience with MDM for MacOS on 300+ devices.
• Experience managing MacOS and Windows machines.
• Experience with Google Workspaces, Slack, Entra ID, Jira, Confluence, Cloudflare Zerotrust.
• Programming/automation experience with Golang/Python and Terraform.
• Understanding of network protocols and security compliance (NIST, ISO 27001).
• Comfortable with virtual meetings and diverse teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with EDR solutions.
• Experience with Kubernetes.
