IT Systems Engineer

Location: Fully Remote (from Cyprus, Poland, Armenia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Serbia, Spain)

What you will do

• Manage approximately 300 Apple and Windows devices.
• Provide IT support to around 300 employees and contractors.
• Monitor and address potential security breaches.
• Improve onboarding and offboarding processes through automation.
• Manage internal accesses.
• Handle internal IT services and end-user device procurement and inventory.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience with MDM for MacOS on 300+ devices.
• 2+ years experience managing MacOS and Windows machines.
• 2+ years experience with managing Google Workspaces, Slack, Entra ID, Jira, Confluence, Cloudflare Zerotrust.
• Understanding of network protocols.
• Experience programming/automation with Golang/Python.
• Experience with Git, Terraform is a must.
• Experience with passing security compliance (NIST, ISO 27001).

Nice to have

• Experience with any EDR solution.
• Experience with Kubernetes.
