What you will do

• Operate and support systems, networks, and platforms, implementing changes and updates.
• Ensure service availability and resilience across technology infrastructure.
• Monitor system and service performance, detecting and resolving incidents to minimize downtime.
• Apply security policies to systems and networks, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.
• Participate in infrastructure projects (installation, migration, improvements), collaborating on planning and executing technical tasks.
• Resolve complex issues escalated from lower levels and advise users and internal teams on best practices.

Requirements

• System Administration: Windows, Linux, and (if applicable) Mainframe environments (z/OS).
• Network Management: LAN/WAN configuration, VPN setup, and troubleshooting.
• Virtualization & Cloud: Experience with virtualization platforms and hybrid cloud environments.
• Automation & Scripting: Ability to write scripts for task automation (e.g., PowerShell, Bash).
• Backup & Disaster Recovery: Knowledge of backup strategies and recovery procedures.
• English: B2+ required
