What you will do

• Launch and upgrade blockchain chains including standups, hard-forks, snapshots, pruning, and rollbacks.
• Automate infrastructure deployment using IaC tools like Terraform, Helm, and Ansible.
• Operate Kubernetes at scale with safe rollouts, tuning, and capacity planning.
• Lead incident management including SEV0-2 incidents, root cause analysis, and preventive changes.
• Develop observability tools such as SLOs, error budgets, dashboards, and alerts.
• Write and maintain tooling for blockchain node operations and occasionally patch client bugs.

Requirements

• Location: Remote with presence in Portugal, Peru, Spain, Chile, Canada
• Strong Linux and Kubernetes production debugging experience.
• Proficiency with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Helm, Ansible).
• Experience with Go or Python and Bash scripting for automation.
• Blockchain operations knowledge including JSON-RPC internals and node tuning.
• Observability expertise with Prometheus and Grafana.
• Networking fundamentals including DNS, TLS, load balancing, anycast, and BGP.
• English: B2 level or higher required
