What you will do

• Provide N2 support for applications to N0 and N1 teams.
• Assist users in resolving technical or functional issues.
• Update application components due to version changes, incidents, or new functionality.
• Support production during extended hours, including on-call duty for American market opening hours.
• Participate in meetings with business, suppliers, and other agents.
• Manage product ticketing for incidents and support.

Requirements

• +5 years working with ORC and Tbricks products at both the support and administrator/functional levels.
• General knowledge of markets and electronic trading instruments.
• General knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, and ShellScript.
• Fluent English Level.
• Technical and functional knowledge of applications related to electronic market activity.
• Good communication skills.
