What you will do

• Monitor health and performance of critical applications using Kibana and other tools.
• Respond promptly to alerts and incidents during on-call shifts to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose and resolve application issues, escalating complex problems as needed.
• Maintain and improve automated deployment pipelines and execute production releases.
• Perform network application health checks and collaborate with network and infrastructure teams.
• Maintain documentation and share knowledge with team members.

Requirements

• Location: Warsaw, Poland (onsite)
• English: C1-C2 required
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in application support, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with Kibana, Linux, cloud environments, and network protocols.
• Availability for on-call shifts and strong communication skills.

Nice to have

• Certifications in relevant technologies.
• Experience with Git and scripting (Bash, Python) for automation.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and principles.
