What you will do

• Lead day-to-day media planning for COSTA UK across their Retail, Express, and At Home products.
• Produce industry-leading media strategies grounded in insight, audience behaviors, and effectiveness.
• Activate the COSTA brand through culture, context, and experiences to maintain relevance.
• Elevate work and drive media efficiencies using insights from COSTA 1PD data.
• Develop meaningful and valued client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.

Requirements

• Excellent client and team management skills.
• Strong working knowledge of all media channels, including digital.
• Passion for delivering best-in-class, award-winning work.
• Data literate and able to elevate work using insights.
• Ability to lead, inspire, and motivate direct reports towards shared goals.
• Strong communication, written, and presentation skills for senior-level discussions and reports.
• Commercially astute, understanding costs, revenues, and their inter-relationship in achieving goals.
