• Lead agile teams to break down and solve customer problems with high-quality software solutions.
• Design and develop new and existing product features with a focus on system-level components.

Requirements

• Must have at least 5 years of experience in enterprise software development and system-level programming.
• Deep understanding of operating system internals including kernel architecture, memory management, and process scheduling.
• Experience with POSIX systems programming and Unix/Linux fundamentals.
• Ability to work in Austin, Eau Claire, or Minneapolis with periodic onsite presence.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with agile methodologies and build systems like Jenkins or Bamboo.

Nice to have

• Experience with native development toolchains and debugging tools.
• Experience with system profiling, performance analysis, and crash dump analysis.
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven coding assistants like GitHub Copilot.
• Apple platform experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
