Salary: $91,000 – $162,000

What you will do

• Partner with product managers and engineers in the design and implementation of product enhancements and bug fixes.
• Analyze platform architecture and customer deployments to identify potential functional or performance issues and solutions.
• Build and integrate with CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot complex issues in clusters, applications, and services.
• Improve the engineering tools and processes in the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or related field and a minimum of 5+ years of experience OR Master's Degree with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience working on and contributing to distributed systems or application platforms.
• Proficiency in Go, Ruby, Java or C++.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to solving complex challenges.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the US.

Nice to have

• Expertise in the internals of Cloud Foundry BOSH, containerization technologies, container networking, or MySQL DB engine & clustering.
• Proficiency in Cloud Foundry functionality and operations.
• Experience with Test Driven Development.
