What you will do

• Lead digital and AI projects within field service environments ensuring timely delivery and impact.
• Drive execution of the Digital and AI Roadmap focused on service delivery and customer interaction.
• Act as interface between field operations and Digital/IT teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed digital tools and AI capabilities into field processes.
• Enable end-to-end digital and AI success by aligning stakeholders and advocating digital business objectives.

Requirements

• Location: Based in Madrid, Spain or able to work hybrid from this location
• English: Proficient communication skills (B2 level minimum)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience managing digital and AI projects in service-oriented businesses.
• Strong project management, risk management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Understanding of service business models, preferably in elevator or technical service sectors.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of German and/or Spanish languages.
• Experience with digital transformation, connectivity solutions, or IoT in industrial or building automation sectors.
