What you will do

• Define and articulate the product vision and strategy for AI Engineering platforms, aligning with business objectives and AI/ML/GenAI advancements.
• Collaborate with engineering, strat, and data science teams to develop a comprehensive platform roadmap based on competitive analysis, market needs, and product metrics.
• Gather global product requirements, write detailed PRDs, and work cross-functionally to launch new features and enhancements.
• Act as the primary advocate for internal developers, strats, and data scientists, translating their needs into clear, prioritized product requirements.
• Stay updated on trends in AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic Systems, incorporating cutting-edge capabilities into the platform roadmap.
• Develop and manage the strategy for leveraging various cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) to build resilient, cost-effective, and high-performance AI infrastructure.
• Champion and integrate responsible AI principles into platform design and development.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5+ years focused on AI/ML platforms, data platforms, or developer tools.
• Deep understanding of AI/LMM algorithms, MLOps practices, data architectures, and distributed systems, with familiarity in modern AI frameworks and tools.
• Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud) and a strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and services.
• Proven track record of successfully building and launching products for developers or data scientists.
• Ability to define long-term product roadmaps, make data-driven decisions, and balance strategic vision with tactical execution.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders and articulate complex technical concepts.
