What you will do

• Build, train, and fine-tune generative AI models for automated code generation, UI design, and workflow creation.
• Collaborate with architects to integrate AI models into the platform via APIs.
• Design and optimize data preprocessing pipelines for high-quality datasets.
• Enhance model efficiency for real-time application generation using techniques like quantization.
• Research and experiment with state-of-the-art GenAI techniques to improve platform capabilities.
• Work with DevOps to deploy and monitor AI models in production environments using cloud infrastructure.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the USA.
• 4+ years in AI/ML engineering, with at least 1-2 years focused on generative AI models.
• Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).
• Experience with model training, fine-tuning, and deployment in production.
• Familiarity with cloud AI platforms (AWS AgenticAI, Google AI Platform, Azure AI Foundry) and distributed computing.
• Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms or business application development.
• Background in natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision.
