What you will do

• Define and implement a rolling 12-month data roadmap focused on AI-first data strategies and customer delivery endpoints.
• Champion customer needs to enable ROI through data insights for B2B technology use cases.
• Collaborate with CTO and executive teams on AI-driven product opportunities and roadmap alignment.
• Work with marketing and customer success to articulate data and AI-driven sales enablement value.
• Stay current on AI/ML and generative AI trends to assess commercial relevance.
• Represent hirify.global as a thought leader in data intelligence and applied AI for B2B markets.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the US or able to work remotely within the US.
• 10+ years of product management experience in data, AI/ML, or analytics platforms.
• Strong technical fluency in data architecture, model lifecycle, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Snowflake, Databricks).
• Understanding of machine learning fundamentals and LLM integration.
• Experience with B2B revenue intelligence and sales motion data applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Data Science; advanced degree preferred.
