Salary: 252 000 – 378 000 PLN

What you will do

  • Contribute to the product roadmap and drive feature development.
  • Provide visibility through regular reporting and manage owned products/features.
  • Develop deep software product knowledge within your team's area.
  • Make effective decisions and implement operational policies.
  • Build and lead highly effective, autonomous teams of software engineers.
  • Serve as a technology advisor, staying updated on trends and ensuring product marketability.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience managing software product development teams.
  • 10+ years of software development experience with commercial-grade systems.
  • Experience with leading successful engineering teams.
  • Excellent knowledge of software engineering discipline, including architecture, distributed systems, and SaaS.
  • In-depth knowledge of agile product development methodologies.
  • Strong verbal, presentation, and written communications skills for all audiences.
