What you will do

• Oversee engineering delivery ensuring reliable shipping, high quality, and roadmap adherence across mobile, backend, and data/AI domains
• Lead and coach multiple engineering teams and managers, manage performance and resource allocation
• Identify bottlenecks and improve engineering workflows through automation and pipeline refinement
• Collaborate closely with product teams to align priorities and translate vision into engineering outcomes
• Promote a strong engineering culture emphasizing accountability, continuous improvement, and technical standards

Requirements

• Proven experience leading multiple engineering teams or departments in a product-driven environment
• Strong technical foundation in backend, mobile, or data engineering with ability to guide scalable architecture
• Experience managing engineering operations including delivery, hiring, and organizational scaling
• Track record of measurable improvements in quality, velocity, reliability, or cost
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for alignment with engineering, product, and leadership
• Practical delivery-focused mindset and passion for building high-performing teams

Nice to have

• Experience with connected car technology or IoT products
• Knowledge of data/AI engineering practices
