What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of the core platform for ATS, Video, Scheduling, and Telephony integrations.
• Design, build, and refine features across the stack, from data pipelines to frontend interactions.
• Focus on performance and stability of the platform, enabling integrations, AI, and customer workflows.
• Ensure high output quality of AI features and fast, accurate, on-brand AI outputs.
• Scale and reliably process over 250,000 interviews per month with AI summaries and insights.
• Develop customizable AI-generated summaries based on customer criteria.

Requirements

• Extensive experience building across the stack with Python and Javascript/Typescript.
• Deep understanding and experience with data pipelines, distributed architectures, and scaling high-scale applications.
• Ability to make user-empathy-driven decisions for customer-facing features.
• Experience with structured (SQL) and unstructured data.
• Strong product instincts and collaboration skills with design.
• Ability to move fast and independently, knowing when to collaborate.

Nice to have

• Real-world experience building generative AI applications end to end, including prompt chains, eval harnesses, and vector search.
