Senior/Staff Fullstack Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Own delivery of core platform features including ATS, Video, Scheduling, Telephony, and AI integrations.
• Design and build scalable backend logic, data models, and data pipelines.
• Ensure platform performance and stability to support over 250,000 interviews per month.
• Develop AI features such as automatic video transcription, AI notes, summaries, and customizable interview summaries.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams to deliver user-focused features.

Requirements

• Must be able to work fully remotely.
• Strong experience in Python and Javascript/Typescript across fullstack development.
• Deep understanding of data pipelines, distributed architectures, and scaling high-scale applications.
• Experience with generative AI applications, prompt engineering, and working with structured and unstructured data.
• Product instincts and ability to collaborate effectively with design teams.
