What you will do

• Design and build custom AI-powered workflows and full-stack applications spanning frontend and backend development.
• Translate client requirements into technical solutions working closely with internal teams.
• Develop internal tools and micro-applications to support marketing and operational efficiency.
• Configure and integrate LLMs and AI systems to enhance product capabilities.
• Collaborate across marketing, product, and engineering teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Requirements

• Must be located in South America with ability to overlap 4 hours with US Pacific Time
• 5+ years of senior engineering experience with fullstack expertise.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, React (TypeScript), backend development (Ruby on Rails preferred, Python or Node also accepted), Tailwind CSS.
• Experience integrating and configuring LLMs and AI systems.
• Legal authorization to work in country of residence; no visa sponsorship available.
• Strong communication skills to translate complex technical concepts for cross-functional teams.

• Experience building Gen AI/LLM-based products.
• Background in technical SEO, data analysis, and growth optimization tools.
