• Lead, coordinate, and develop a backend development team.
• Own backend development within one of 10 cross-functional teams aligned to a business domain.
• Recruit and build the backend team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and adjacent teams to optimize system components and processes.
• Ensure high code quality and adherence to best development practices.
• Improve codebase, architecture, services, and development approaches.

Требования

• At least 1 year of leadership experience in development teams with strong people management and communication skills.
• 5+ years of commercial backend development experience.
• Experience with PHP (Symfony) and Go or strong willingness to work with this stack.
• Knowledge of SOLID, DDD, Microservices, Layered Architecture, GoF patterns, and Clean Code.
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL) and message queues (RabbitMQ).
• Basic knowledge of Kubernetes.
