Senior Golang Engineer

TL;DR

Senior Golang Engineer (Backend_dev): Develop and maintain secure, well-tested microservices for a leading BaaS provider with an accent on AWS deployment, Kubernetes orchestration, and agile delivery. Focus on designing clean code, collaborating with stakeholders, and mentoring junior engineers in a hybrid work environment based in Poland.

Location: Hybrid, must attend office in Warsaw 2 times a week

What you will do

• Develop clean, reusable, and well-tested Golang code for microservices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to align engineering direction with customer needs.
• Promote engineering best practices and innovation within the backend team.
• Resolve technical issues collaboratively with the team.
• Support and mentor junior engineers as a subject matter expert.

Requirements

• Must be located in Poland with hybrid work including office attendance in Warsaw twice a week
• 5+ years experience with Golang and microservices architecture.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS deployment/configuration.
• Experience with highly secure applications and agile methodologies.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience with PHP and Slim Framework or similar.
• Understanding of Workflow Engines.
• Experience with E-commerce platforms.
