What you will do
- Maintain and enhance IBM Informix/4GL environment for healthcare software.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure peak performance and scalability of software systems.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation.
- Conduct thorough testing to uphold quality standards.
- Mentor other team members.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Informix/4GL development experience
- Experience with SQL and Informix or Microsoft SQL databases.
- Linux/Unix/Windows command and scripting skills.
- Good communication skills required.
- Experience with documentation tools like Confluence, Jira, and Fisheye.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
