What you will do

  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions and build scalable cloud-based products.
  • Develop CI/CD pipelines and drive automation and AI opportunities.
  • Ensure security, resilience, monitoring, and operational excellence with an SRE mindset.
  • Integrate data flows and software components into end-to-end solutions.
  • Collaborate with architects and challenge existing approaches to improve designs.
  • Support continuous improvement across teams.

Requirements

  • Location: Hybrid role based in Solihull, UK
  • Strong engineering experience in complex enterprise environments.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Azure, APIM, MS Dynamics, Snowflake/DataBricks, SQL or similar.
  • CI/CD and automation mindset with experience in DevOps and product-based working.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to learn quickly.

Nice to have

  • Cloud or other technical certifications.
  • Experience with regulated sectors or utilities.
  • Knowledge of outsourcing/global delivery.
