Software Development Engineer III (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid role in Irving, TX, United States, with 2-days a week in office.

What you will do

• Develop product features for web applications, API services, and integrations with payment service providers (Stripe, Adyen, ACI worldwide, Paymentus).
• Establish direction and provide guidance to team members, ensuring consistent delivery.
• Engage with internal and external teams to accomplish objectives.
• Promote and implement cloud technologies (Azure) and automated pipelines for building, testing, and deploying software.
• Leverage test automation and peer reviews to increase product quality and maintain a production-first mindset.
• Continuously improve Agile practices for product quality and time to market.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of software development experience required.
• Proficiency in designing, building, and optimizing automated pipelines with testing and security controls.
• Experience with event-driven architectures, real-time processing, and asynchronous messaging (Kafka, Azure Event Hubs/Service Bus).
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft .NET Core, C#, and enterprise-level development.
• Deep expertise in Azure Cloud services (AKS, DevOps, SQL, App Services, Service Bus, Key Vault, API Management, Application Gateway).
• Experience building and deploying containerized applications using Docker and Helm charts in AKS.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across the full stack.
• Experience working in Agile Scrum teams and demonstrated leadership in improvements.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related Engineering field.
