What you will do

• Build and operate a user-friendly, performant, and reliable data platform.
• Design the core data model for advanced analytics and reporting.
• Define data quality, governance, and lifecycle standards.
• Implement and maintain robust, observable data pipelines using solid engineering practices.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business goals into measurable data solutions.
• Contribute to team strategy and roadmapping.

Requirements

• Experience building production-grade dataflows with Python and SQL.
• Proficiency with Airflow or Dagster for scheduling/operation and dbt for transformations.
• Comfortable in AWS and provisioning cloud resources with Terraform.
• Experience operating Snowflake thoughtfully, structuring roles, and optimising performance/cost.
• Understanding of data quality and governance fundamentals.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kubernetes, Kafka, event collection platforms (RudderStack/Segment).
• Experience with data catalogs (DataHub) and Apache Iceberg (or other open table formats).
• Experience with A/B testing/feature flags.
