TL;DR

Analyst Pricing & Offer Management (Business Analytics): Driving development, execution, and optimization of fiber and value-added services pricing and promotions strategy with an accent on strategic pricing, competitive intelligence, and performance analytics. Focus on building business cases, financial modeling, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize unit growth and revenue.

Location: Hybrid in Charlotte, NC with sensible remote options within the USA

What you will do

Build and manage pricing and promotional strategies for fiber and value-added services.
Analyze competitive intelligence, market trends, and sales data to optimize pricing and promotions.
Develop business cases and financial models to support pricing decisions.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Finance, Sales, Network Planning, and Legal teams.
Support offer management, contract terms, and pricing guideline development.
Ensure accurate implementation and approval of pricing and promotions.

Requirements

Location: Hybrid work arrangement with priority for Charlotte, NC area; remote options available within the USA
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
3–5+ years experience in pricing, financial analysis, or offer management, preferably in telecom.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel modeling, SQL, and data visualization tools.
Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to leadership.
