What you will do

• Own and optimize marketing activation campaigns across 16 countries.
• Develop and scale automated, personalized CRM strategies.
• Analyze data and share actionable insights with stakeholders.
• Coordinate CRM calendar and campaign priorities.
• Mentor CRM managers and support internal capability building.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and manage external agency relationships.

Requirements

• 8+ years of CRM experience in data-driven environments
• Strong e-commerce background and understanding of digital customer journeys
• Hands-on experience with Braze platform is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication skills for multicultural collaboration.
• Data-informed decision maker with analytical and business acumen.
• Proactive and comfortable in fast-evolving environments.
