TL;DR

Senior CRM Manager (HealthTech/Subscription): Owning the end-to-end lifecycle of lead remarketing and automated communication programs for a health and wellness application with an accent on driving first subscription conversion and increasing LTV. Focus on building and optimizing automated CRM journeys, creating personalized campaigns, and leading test-and-learn programs to refine effectiveness.

Location: hirify.global has five hubs across Cyprus, Ukraine, Poland, Spain, and the UK. The team is remote-friendly.

What you will do

  • Own the remarketing strategy for non-converted leads to drive first-time subscriptions and increase LTV.
  • Build and optimize automated CRM journeys end-to-end, including segmentation, logic, QA, and performance improvements.
  • Create high-impact, personalised campaigns that communicate Yoga-Go’s value and address barriers to subscription.
  • Lead a robust test-and-learn program across offers, messaging, formats, and creative concepts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Monetization, Performance Marketing, Product, and Analytics.
  • Lead bi-weekly performance reviews and analyze monthly KPIs, focusing on content, creative, and messaging impact on conversion.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years’ experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation.
  • Demonstrated success managing automated lifecycle programs where content and messaging were central to conversion.
  • Prior experience partnering closely with content, copywriting, or creative roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Braze, Iterable, or similar ESPs.
  • Experience in high-growth, product-led or subscription-based companies.
  • Strong analytical mindset and deep lifecycle and automation expertise, including email deliverability best practices.
