What you will do

• Develop and maintain services and APIs using Node, PHP, .NET core, MongoDB, SQL, React, NextJS, and NestJS
• Lead and mentor the development team to deliver high-quality products
• Apply Agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices
• Consider architectural and non-functional requirements and break them down into development tasks
• Promote a build it, run it, own it DevOps mentality from idea to production
• Work with cloud-based solutions on AWS and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid with minimum 50% office presence in Manchester, UK
• Significant commercial experience with backend and frontend technologies including Node, PHP, .NET core, React, NextJS, NestJS
• Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, CI/CD pipelines, and Test Driven Development
• Familiarity with containerization and cloud deployment on AWS
• Strong communication skills and experience working with product management and stakeholders
• English language proficiency at least B2 (job posting in English)

• Experience in financial services or regulated industries
• Experience with Drupal CMS
