TL;DR
Senior Website & Digital Experience Developer (WordPress): Building and optimizing the corporate website's frontend and backend with an accent on new features, performance, and integrations. Focus on conversion optimization, technical SEO, and personalized experiences to drive inbound marketing.
Location: Fully Remote (Germany or UK only)

What you will do
- Develop, customize, and maintain the WordPress site (frontend & backend), including new features and interactive tools.
- Optimize website performance for Core Web Vitals, speed, and mobile responsiveness.
- Manage hosting, staging, backups, security, and integrations (HubSpot, GA4, Amplitude).
- Implement and maintain tracking (GA4, GTM) to identify and optimize user journeys.
- Own technical SEO, conduct audits, and collaborate with content and SEO agencies.
- Implement personalized experiences, landing pages, and campaign-specific microsites for ABM.
Requirements
- AI-First mindset to accelerate development and optimization.
- Proven experience as a WordPress developer with strong PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript skills.
- Experience with custom theme and plugin development.
- Strong understanding of frontend performance optimization and responsive design.
- Familiarity with GA4, GTM, CRO tools, and SEO principles.
- Must be located in Germany or the UK.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with ABM personalization tools (Clay, Influ2, Demandbase).
- Experience in B2B SaaS or ecommerce environments.
