What you will do

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code in PHP and Laravel, applying best practices.
• Apply engineering best practices such as consistent coding standards and thorough unit/integration testing.
• Contribute to refactoring and enhancing legacy systems to reduce technical debt.
• Implement new features and contribute to the technical design of software architecture.
• Collaborate effectively within your sprint team and with cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack development with PHP and Laravel.
• Experience building web applications and working with well-structured REST APIs.
• Familiarity with a modern JS framework (e.g., Vue.js, React, or Angular).
• Solid understanding of SQL databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Proficiency with Git, pull requests, and version control fundamentals.
• Familiarity with using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with PHP testing tools (e.g., PHPUnit, Pest) and frontend testing strategies.
• Experience with Typescript.
• Experience working on a SAAS product.
• Experience in a scrum/agile environment.
